Austrian Sausage And Sauerkraut Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (16 oz.) can rinsed and drained sauerkraut
    8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 medium potato, cubed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    3/4 lb. smoked sausage (low-fat), cubed
    1/2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a 4-quart pot.
    Cover and cook on low heat for 5 hours or until vegetables are tender.
    If necessary, skim off fat before serving.
    May cook in crock-pot 10 to 12 hours.
    Excellent hearty soup for cold days.
