Cool Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large box vanilla pudding
1 small box lime jello
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. grated lime rind
2 Tbsp. lime juice
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
Preparation

Combine pie filling, gelatin, sugar and water in a saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Add lime rind and juice. Pour into a bowl and cover with plastic. Chill until cold and slightly thickened.
Fold in 2 1/2 cups of Cool Whip.
Spoon into crust and freeze or chill.
Top with remaining Cool Whip before serving.
