Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    1 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. starter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    6 c. bread flour (use more if necessary)
Preparation
    Grease large container with oil to put dough in.
    Turn dough over so dough will have oil on all sides.
    Cover container lightly with aluminum foil.
    Let stand overnight at room temperature.
