Tortilla Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
    6 oz. chopped ripe olives, drained
    1 can (7 oz.) diced green chilies, drained
    1 small yellow onion, diced
    1 pkg. (8) 10-inch flour tortillas
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine cheese, olives, chilies and onions. Mix well.
    Spread 1/3 cup of cheese mixture to within 1/4 inch of the edge of each tortilla.
    Roll tightly, chill until serving (2 hours).
    Cut into 8 pieces.
    Ends may be trimmed if they look bad. Dip into salsa if desired.
