Indonesian Rotti Kukus(Steamed Cake) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Beat eggs with sugar until really creamy.
Add flour slowly, vanilla extract and water with vinegar.
Line colander with wax paper and fill with cake mix.
Put colander on tight fitting pan filled with boiling water.
Cover top of colander, leaving room for the cake to rise.
Steam for 1 hour.
Do not open lid until time is up.
The cake should rise and open up like a flower.
