Small Orange Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. flour
    juice of 1 orange
    1 c. nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. raisins
    peel from 1 orange
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar until creamy.
    Alternate adding beaten eggs, then the mix of vanilla-buttermilk-soda-juice of 1 orange.
    Grind raisins, nuts (I use pecans) and orange peel.
    Mix in 1/2 cup flour and add to the first mixture.
    Cook in greased and floured tiny muffin tins.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
