Beet Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boiled beets (large)
8 sardines
1 onion
4 Tbsp. oil
4 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 tsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation

Dice the beets.
Mince onion.
Chop sardines fine.
Combine with beets and onion.
Mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and pour over.
Serve with chopped parsley generously on top.
