Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. raw rice
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine meat, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Shape mixture into balls.
Place meatballs in ungreased baking dish.
Combine rest of ingredients and pour over meatballs.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake another 10 minutes.
