Chocolate In-Betweens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    3/4 c. butter or margarine, chilled
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. quick oats (uncooked)
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Add brown sugar, butter and salt.
    Mix together.
    Add flour and oats to mixture.
    Mix until crumbly. Press about 2/3 of mixture (2 1/2 cups) into bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Leave remaining 1/3 mixture in bowl.
