Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger or wild meat
    1/2 lb. pork, ground
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. mustard seed
    3 Tbsp. curing salt
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Refrigerate in a covered bowl.
    The following two mornings, mix the ingredients well and return to refrigerator.
    On fourth day, form into rolls, place in pans and bake eight hours at 180\u00b0.
    An alternative method is to wrap the rolls in foil, prick the foil and boil for 1 hour.
    Let the salami set 24 hours before eating.
