Wine Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 (1/2-inch) pork chops
    flour to coat
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced thin
    1 large pepper, sliced
    2 cloves garlic
    2 medium tomatoes, quartered
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. sage
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. white wine
Preparation
    Coat pork chops with flour.
    Brown well in oil on both sides. Transfer to large ovenproof casserole.
    Top with potatoes.
    Brown mushrooms, peppers and garlic in drippings.
    Transfer to casserole.
    Top with tomatoes.
    Sprinkle with oregano, sage, salt and pepper.
    Pour wine over.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
