Chinese Roast Chicken Or Chuck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 Tbsp. shoyu
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. honey
    3 Tbsp. whiskey
    1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ajinomoto
Preparation
    Rub outside of chicken with ingredients except salt and ajinomoto and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Rub inside with salt and ajinomoto. Place chicken on rack and roast at 300\u00b0 for 1/2 hour. Cover with foil and continue for another hour. Remove foil and raise temperature to 400\u00b0 for another 15 minutes.
