Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. salmon
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Drain salmon; reserve liquid.
    Remove skin and bones, keeping meat in large walnut-sized chunks.
    Combine salmon and remaining ingredients with hands, taking care not to break salmon pieces. Add reserved salmon liquid.
    Place in buttered casserole; set casserole in pan of water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with baked potatoes, green beans, cabbage salad and corn bread.
    Serves six.
