Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Heat milk, water, oil, sugar and salt in saucepan until warm. Combine yeast and 2 cups flour in large bowl.
    Add milk mixture; mix until smooth.
    Stir in remaining 3 cups flour until soft dough forms.
    Knead on floured board until smooth and elastic.
    Place in greased bowl, turning to coat surface.
    Let rise, covered, in warm place for 3 hours.
    Shape as desired.
    Yield:
    24 servings.
