Pear Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. brewed coffee
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
dash of salt
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. diced pears

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients.
Before baking, sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until center springs back when done.
