Vanilla Wafer Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine/butter
6 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 c. granulated sugar
1 (12 oz.) vanilla wafers, crushed
1 (7 oz.) coconut
Preparation
-
Cream margarine
and
sugar;
add
eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla
wafers,
milk,
coconut
and pecans and mix well. You can start out
with
a mixer but becomes too thick and you will have to
use
hands.
Pour
into
ungreased Bundt pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
