Fried Lumpia(Egg Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or pork (or both), cooked & drained
    1 cup cabbage, shredded
    1/4 lb. shrimp (optional), cooked & chopped
    1/4 cup mushrooms, chopped
    1/2 cup carrots, shredded
    salt & pepper, to taste
    1 pkg. Lumpia Wrappers
Preparation
    Cook and drain beef/pork; add shrimp. Combine all other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place mixture in egg roll wrapper and roll. Fry in deep fat until brown. Serve with sweet and sour sauce or hot mustard.
