Texas Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1/4 c. chopped spring onion
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 large tomato, diced
    1 (15 oz.) can French-style green beans, well drained
    1 (6 oz.) bag corn chips, crushed
    1 bottle Catalina dressing
Preparation
    Toss first five ingredients gently and sprinkle with crushed corn chips. Add dressing and mix well. Serves 12 to 16.
