Cheese Baked Fish Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fish fillets (perch, haddock, blue hake)
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream or milk
Preparation

Drain fillets on paper toweling.
Arrange in single layer in buttered, 2-quart, shallow baking pan.
Combine soup, sour cream and 1 cup cheese in saucepan; heat on low heat until cheese melts. Spread over fillets.
