Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices crisp, fried bacon, crumbled
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
2 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of each: pepper and cayenne pepper
Preparation

Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion over bottom of pie shell. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings in a bowl; beat well.
Pour over bacon, cheese and onion.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 300\u00b0 and bake for 30 additional minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
