Mammy Day'S Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
    1 c. Crisco
    6 large eggs (jumbo works for me)
    2 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation
    Cream sugar and Crisco.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating 2 minutes for each egg.
    Add flavoring and flour slowly.
    Pour in greased cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
