Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 c. cooked winter squash
    1 c. whipped cream
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. brandy
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. mace
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Line a 9-inch pie pan with the dough. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and beat until smooth and well mixed.
    Pour into the lined pie pan.
    Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 300\u00b0 and bake for 60 minutes more.
