Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    2 large boxes vanilla instant pudding
    2 large cans crushed pineapple, drained
    2 cans cherry pie filling
    4 or 6 bananas
    2 large (12 oz.) Cool Whip
    nuts to sprinkle on top
Preparation
    Bake cake and cool.
    Crumble 1/3 cake in bottom of punch bowl. Cover with layer of pudding, layer of pineapple and bananas.
    Place ring of cherry pie filling 1 inch from outside edge.
    Will look like a donut.
    Fill inner and outer edges with Cool Whip.
    Repeat twice.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
