Strawberry-Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. torn spinach (can use red leaf, Boston, etc.)
    2 c. sliced berries (strawberries and raspberries)
    3/4 c. cooked diced turkey
    1 lb. asparagus spears (mirco-cooked with 2 Tbsp. water)
    1/2 c. bottled poppy seed dressing
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation
    On 100% power cook 5 to 7 minutes until crisp-tender the spinach, berries, turkey and asparagus (drain and cool).
    Mix dressing, orange peel and orange juice and pour over greens.
