Chinese Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 onion, minced
    1/4 c. crushed saltines
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients; simmer.
    Mix remaining ingredients and add 1/2 of sauce mixture, mixing well.
    Shape into loaf; pour remaining half of sauce on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
