Polish Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Polish sausage, sliced
    2 medium green peppers, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of salt, pepper and oregano
Preparation
    Brown
    sausage, green pepper and onions.
    Add tomatoes, sauce, garlic,
    sugar,
    salt and pepper.
    Simmer 1/2 hour. Add oregano. Simmer another 1/2 hour. Serve over rice or noodles.
