Black-Eyed Pea Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/4 c. onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    32 oz. black-eyed peas, drained (fresh peas taste better)
    1 can (16 oz.) tomato wedges, undrained
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Cook ground beef, onion, garlic and green pepper over medium heat until beef is browned, stirring to crumble meat; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring often.
