Chicken Saltimboca - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
    6 thin ham slices
    6 slices Mozzarella cheese
    Italian herb seasoning
    4 Tbsp. lite margarine, melted
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts between 2 pieces of waxed paper until about 1/4-inch thick.
    On boned side of each breast, place 1 slice Mozzarella cheese and a dash of Italian herb seasoning.
    Roll up. Dip each piece in melted margarine.
    Then roll in mixture of bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
    Place in shallow pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until brown and tender.
