Princess Pineapple Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except pineapple and orange rind. Pour batter into 17 x 11-inch jelly roll pan lined with baker's parchment brown paper and well-greased.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Frost, while hot, with Nutty Cream Cheese Frosting. Yields 48 (2-inch) squares.
