Pork Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean pork, cut into small pieces
    2 onions, chopped
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    6 to 7 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can drained mushrooms or fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 3/4 c. raw rice
    1 can consomme soup
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    sliced almonds
    1 1/3 c. water (approximately)
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    salt
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    1 1/3 c. instant rice (uncooked)
    1 (15 oz.) can black-eyed peas, drained
    3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled or 3 Tbsp. real bacon bits
Preparation
    Heat water, onion, salt and Tabasco to boiling.
    Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Stir in black-eyed peas and bacon.
    Heat to serving temperature and eat immediately.
