Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. applesauce
1 tsp. soda (mix in applesauce)
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. raisins
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

In a large mixer bowl combine all ingredients at low speed, blending thoroughly.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 8-inch square baking pan and bake at 375\u00b0 until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
