Spinach Rice Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1 envelope Lipton golden onion soup mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; shape into 1-inch balls.
    On greased baking sheet, arrange balls and bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes about 2 dozen.
