Peppered Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 c. green onion
    1 c. green pepper
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
Preparation
    Cut steak in thin strips.
    Combine Worcestershire sauce, garlic and beef.
    Toss and set aside while preparing vegetables. Heat oil in frying pan and add steak and brown.
    Simmer about 30 minutes until tender.
    Turn heat up and add vegetables.
    Cook vegetables until tender-crisp, about 10 minutes.
    Mix cornstarch with water and add to pan; stir and cook until thickened.
    Add tomatoes and heat through.
