Lemon Cake Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
powdered sugar
Lemon Filling (recipe follows)
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 tsp. water
2 drops yellow food coloring
Preparation

Beat egg yolks until light.
Gradually add 1/4 cup sugar. Stir in flavoring and oil; set aside.
Beat egg whites until foamy.
Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar until stiff.
Fold in yolk mixture into whites.
Fold dry ingredients into egg mixture.
