Hot Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 egg white, whipped stiff
4 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water; add sugar and oil.
Fold in egg white.
Add flour and beat.
Cover with dish towel and let rise until double.
Turn out on floured surface and knead thoroughly. Make into rolls and let rise until double (approximately 1 1/2 hours).
Bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 until brown.
Makes 2 dozen.
