Ruth'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed chicken or turkey, stewed with vegetables and herbs (can use leftovers)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. diced onion
    1/2 c. toasted almonds
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. seasoned croutons
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise, lemon, onion and salt.
    Combine chicken, celery, almonds and mayonnaise.
    Mix.
    Cover with cheese and croutons.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
