Sunday Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    6 green onions, chopped fine
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Place butter in a cold skillet.
    Add garlic; mash with sugar, salt and pepper.
    Cook until butter is melted, then add meat and brown.
    Add tomato sauce; simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
    Cook spaghetti according to directions.
    Combine cream cheese, sour cream and onions.
    Place spaghetti in a greased 13 x 9-inch casserole; top with cream cheese mixture, then meat mixture. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
