Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    28 oz. tomato paste
    1/2 c. mushroom stems and pieces with liquid
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 (18 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 c. Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. basil leaves
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper in a large saucepan.
    Add tomato paste, mushrooms, garlic and spices. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Cook noodles; rinse and drain.
    Place 1/3 of sauce in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with crisscross layer of half the noodles. Spread with cottage cheese over noodles.
    Add 1/2 of remaining sauce.
    Top with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese.
    Add remaining noodles with 1 cup Ricotta cheese, remaining sauce, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and 1 cup Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
