Spinach Casserole(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) chopped spinach
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 tsp. margarine
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Cook spinach; drain.
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Add spinach, cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons of cheese, nutmeg and pepper.
    Stir well.
    Place in dish; sprinkle with remaining grated cheese.
    Bake for 25 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0 until set.
