Pork Chop Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. celery
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 can red beans (undrained)
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown 6 pork chops.
    Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons.
    Saute onion and celery in drippings.
    Stir in chili powder.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Heat to boiling.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put chops on top of rice mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
