Potato Salad For 100 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

30 lb. potatoes
onion
celery
1/2 gal. sweet pickle relish
6 doz. eggs
2 gal. Miracle Whip
mustard
salt
Preparation
-
Cook eggs, clean and refrigerate.
Cook potatoes, drain and cool.
Dice onion and celery as desired.
Add onion and celery to diced potatoes.
Dice eggs and add to mixture.
Add relish.
Mix well.
