Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. brisket
1 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
2 c. water
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes Tabasco
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1 small chopped onion
Preparation

In large Dutch oven cook brisket, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat and cover. Reduce oven temperature to 300\u00b0 and cook until tender.
Remove meat from sauce.
Refrigerate both overnight or at least several hours.
Slice meat paper thin.
Lay
slices in a flat pan.
Cover with sauce.
Heat in 300\u00b0 oven for a little while.
