Breakfast Brunch Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/4 lb. bacon or ham, cooked and crumbled
8 slices bread
12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 doz. eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook and crumble bacon or ham.
Grease well a 9 x 13-inch dish with bacon drippings.
Fill bottom of dish with bread (remove crust).
Sprinkle cheese on top of bread.
Spread crumbled bacon on top of cheese.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over bread, cheese and bacon.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake in 250\u00b0 oven 1 hour.
You can try 300\u00b0 oven.
