Imperial Crab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. minced red and green peppers
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. table cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. crab meat (Deluxe)
cracker crumbs, buttered
pepper to taste
Preparation

Place minced peppers and butter in a tightly covered pan; steam for 5 minutes.
Beat eggs, salt, cornstarch and dry mustard together; when well blended, stir in cream and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir steamed vegetables into egg mixture.
Season to taste with pepper.
Add crab meat to sauce; place in shells and top with buttered cracker crumbs.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. Yield:
6 servings.
