Vegetable Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 count) and 1 (4 count) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. sour cream
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    - envelope Ranch salad dressing
    3/4 c. broccoli, chopped
    3/4 c. cauliflower, chopped
    3/4 c. tomatoes, chopped
    3/4 c. carrots, chopped or shredded
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/3 c. green onion, minced
    3/4 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Stretch and pat rolls into 11 x 17-inch jelly roll pan (or cookie sheet with sides).
    Moisten lightly and smooth seams to join.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 7 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cool on pan.
