Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large tart apples
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Pare and slice apples into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
Combine all ingredients, except butter.
Sprinkle mixture over apples and dot with butter.
Moisten edges of under crust.
Adjust top crust in which 6 vents have been cut.
Trim edges and seal with fingers or foil.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes and then at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
