Low Range Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (extra lean)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles
    24 oz. Ricotta cheese
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
    12 oz. Parmesan cheese
    24 oz. Italian sauce (pre-prepared)
    2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Cook lasagna noodles per directions on package.
    Mix Ricotta cheese, eggs, salt, pepper and parsley together.
