Date Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
    1/2 c. Eagle Brand milk
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. finely chopped dates
    1 c. chopped candied cherries (1/2 green and 1/2 red)
Preparation
    Spread about 2/3 of crushed vanilla wafers on waxed paper or slick side of freezer paper.
    Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Roll into small loaf shape in vanilla wafer crumbs. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over loaf as you roll into shape.
    Wrap in wax paper and aluminum foil.
    Chill.
    Store wrapped in refrigerator.
    Slice only as needed.
