Lima Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag lima beans (fordhook)
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 can mushroom soup (golden mushroom is best)
    1 stick butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small jar pimento
    Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook beans until tender in salt water.
    Drain.
    Melt butter, onions and green pepper; saute until tender.
    Add soup and cook until warm.
    Add beans and pimento to mixture.
    Pour into casserole.
    Top with cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Bake until bubbly at 350\u00b0.
