Gnocchi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 large container Ricotta cheese
    1 egg
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix all together in a bowl.
    Then put on a board and knead lightly.
    Roll out and cut into strips.
    Then cut small pieces from each strip.
    Make indentations with 2 fingers to shape gnocchi.
